Wanted: Jehovah's Witnesses,
for the Crime of Being Human

Many have lots of complaints about the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses, but if a former member is asked what specifically disenchanted them, it will most often be about how they or a family member were treated by individuals or their congregation, and not due to policy, doctrine or interpretation of prophecy. (For those issues, see the blog post, Waiting On Jehovah .) No matter what organization you deal with, you will always have to deal with the human element. Congregations Err Not every individual and not every congregation fulfills the law of love. As the scriptures make clear, every congregation has its own personality and sometimes a whole congregation may fail to live up to the standards in the Scriptures.
