Many have lots of complaints about the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses, but if a former member is asked what specifically disenchanted them, it will most often be about how they or a family member were treated by individuals or their congregation, and not due to policy, doctrine or interpretation of prophecy. Congregations Err Not every individual and not every congregation fulfills the law of love.
